These terms govern your use of HimTour websites and apps. By creating an account or completing a booking, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

HimTour is a private online marketplace for travel services in Himachal Pradesh (currently focused on Manali / Kullu). We are not a government department and are not affiliated with himachaltourism.gov.in.

2. Bookings & payments

When you book through HimTour, you contract with the listed partner for the service described. HimTour collects payment (e.g. via Razorpay), may hold funds in escrow, and settles the partner share after applicable commission and gateway fees.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the listing policy and payment status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically credit within 5–7 business days. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Permits & government services

Government permits (Rohtang, Hamta, trekking registration, etc.) are issued only on official portals. HimTour may link to those portals or list partners who provide guidance — we do not issue official permits.

5. Acceptable use

You must provide accurate traveller details, not abuse inventory holds, and not use the platform for fraud or illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability

Partners are responsible for delivering the booked service. HimTour’s liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected booking, except where law requires otherwise.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
